How can I use my insurance?In order to accept insurance at ANK Behavioral Health LLC, we are partnered with Headway. Here's how it works: 1. Create an Account: Patients who wish to use their insurance coverage for our services will need to create an account with Headway. This account serves as a centralized hub for managing insurance information and payment processing. If you have not created an account with Headway, we will send you an invitation link to sign up once you request an appointment. 2. Insurance Verification: Once patients have created their Headway account, they can easily verify their insurance coverage through the platform. Headway’s technology verifies the insurance details typically very quickly. 3. Billing Process: All insurance billing and claims processing for services rendered at ANK Behavioral Health are completed through Headway. This means that patients don’t have to worry about submitting claims or dealing with insurance paperwork manually. Headway handles the entire insurance billing process on our behalf, streamlining administrative tasks and allowing us to focus on providing quality care to our patients. 4. What if I have questions? If you have any questions regarding your specific insurance plan coverage, or any other insurance billing questions, you can contact Headway directly by logging into your account with them and submitting a ticket at headway.co/contact and they will be in touch via email. By partnering with Headway, we are able to offer a seamless and efficient insurance experience for our patients. They can trust that their insurance coverage is verified, and billing is handled promptly and professionally, allowing them to focus on their mental health journey without added stress or hassle.
